A crashed OS is when your computer will not properly boot up. You may receive error messages,
a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), go into an infinite reboot loop, freeze when loading, or other crazy
things other than working properly.
Some common causes of crashes are system file corruption, malware infection of system files, damage
of the Master Boot Record (MBR), unclean/forced shutdowns, interrupting the system during updates,
bad software installations or removals, or sometimes updates that just don't like your computer.
I do not guarantee success of a Crashed OS Repair. Sometimes the hard drive is too corrupted or there
are too many damaged/infected/missing files to make recovering the operating system possible. If I am
unsuccessful, you will not be charged for the service, but you'll be in need of 1 or 2 other services :
Data Recovery and Windows
Installation. If you choose to recover your data, I will give you 50% off the cost of the OS install.
There'll be an additional $25 charge for repairs taking longer than one hour. The charge is
capped at an extra $25, even if it takes me 4 hours to fully repair your operating system. This makes your
worst-case scenario come to $100 if I am successful at repair.
